The 7th generation of Altra’s legendary trail running shoe has landed with the Lone Peak 7. As always, the Lone Peak features Altra’s trifecta—a roomy Footshape fit, a gender-specific last that’s engineered for women’s feet, and balanced cushioning beneath the heel and toe—to steer us toward a more natural, low-impact running style. We love that wide toe box, which lets our toes wiggle and splay naturally, and it’s even roomier with this wide sizing. New for 2023, the 7 has a seamless, stitch-less upper for a more streamlined construction and an upgraded MaxTrac outsole.
